3.1. Shipping

We currently offer Standard Shipping to United States and Canada only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping time is generally 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $9.90 USD applies to orders under $80 USD.
Free Shipping: Orders over $80 USD qualify for free shipping.

We will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.

3.2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. To process a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lazyanttech.com. Returns must include the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Exclusions: Personalized items or those marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

3.3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is safely received.

3.4. Refunds

Once your returned item is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your payment method.
