In the late 19th century, the first LiFePO~Sb was invented. This was the start of the modern rechargeable battery industry. It took several years to develop the technology for use in rechargeable batteries, but after some time the first LiFePO~Sb batteries were being used in devices. It is estimated that the first LiFePO~Sb battery was released in the United States sometime between 1892-1912.
It is believed that the first battery was produced by Edison’s company, the General Electric Company, but records are unclear. The early batteries were small in size and could hold only a small amount of current. It wasn’t until the 1920’s that the technology was Lifepo4 Battery OEM developed to create a larger battery. In 1926, a British company created the world’s first LiFePO~Sb battery that could handle over 1000 volts.
The invention of LiFePO~Sb technology created the modern day battery and its rechargeable counterparts. During the last 50 years, the price of rechargeable batteries has fallen significantly. The reason for this is that the new technology can now be created for less than the old technology. So now, a cheaper battery can be made that will charge faster and last longer. There are still some major limitations to the technology.
